Court Hearing Discloses Treatment Plan
At a legal session recently, Hill’s legal representatives told the judge that their client was receiving treatment out of California. The judge according to sources allowed the defendant to continue out of state provided that he remains in care.
“We’re addressing those issues” while “he will move past this obstacle”, stated his legal team.
Background of the Altercation
The arrest occurred in August 21 after the artist was reportedly walking down a Los Angeles street partially clothed before allegedly charging at law enforcement that had stopped him.
Montero has pleaded not guilty to multiple accusations of battery on officers and one criminal count of resisting an executive officer.

After the incident, Hill shared a message on social media stating, “That was terrifying, but “things will get better”.
